摘要
采用激光多普勒法及正交试验法 ,测试了不同条件下喷水织机的喷射水流速度在梭口轴线上的分布 ,指出喷嘴是影响速度分布的主要因素 ,同时也决定喷射水流的发散程度 ,喷水压力和水流量则分别影响喷射水流的速度峰值大小及峰值点离开喷嘴口的距离 。
By the methods of Laser Doppler and Orthogonal Experiment, it is tested the distribution of water jetting velocity along shed axis under different conditions in water-jet looms. It is pointed out that nozzle is the main factor affecting the velocity distribution, meanwhile it determines the divergent degree of the jetting water. The water pressure and flow respectively affect the peak value of water jetting velocity and the distance of the peak point from the nozzle. The velocity distribution and the bundling of water determine the weft insertion force.
