摘要
探讨了Lipolase 10 0碱性脂肪酶在不同的pH值、温度、时间及酶浓度下对绢纺重油滞头原料残油率的影响 ,通过采用二因子二次通用旋转设计 。
It is investigated the effects of lipolase 100 basic lipase on the remaining oil rate of waste silk bisu with heavy oil under different pH value, temperature, time and enzyme concentration. The optimum processing parameters are obtained by use of two-factor secondary universal rotating design.
