摘要
分析和论述了纺纱产生缠绕的机理 ,提出静电吸附、机械挂带、油脂粘附、湿涩增粘是胶辊缠绕的主要因素。据此科学地选定了WRC 96 5抗绕胶辊的配方体系 ,并通过实践从抗绕性、耐磨性、硬度稳定性和纺纱质量四个方面 ,论证WRC 96 5是一种优良的抗绕胶辊。
Mechanism of spinning entangling is analyzed and described regarding the main factors such as static absorption,mechanical hitching, and oily and wet sticking.The prescription system for anti entangling cots is made acc.to the above said factors.The paper concludes itself with the fact that anti entangling cots WRC 965 are excellent in anti entangling,wear resistantance,stability of hardness and spinning properties.
