胶圈钳口工艺与成纱质量的关系

My View on the Relationship between the Process of Apron Nip and Spinning Quality

通过对比不同品种上不同隔距块条件下的纺纱结果及同品种不同隔距块时胶圈钳口长度的变化 ,分析了不同上销弹簧压力下不同品种的纺纱结果 ,指出胶圈钳口隔距应根据不同品种不同号数决定 ,宜小不宜大 ,上销弹簧压力应适中 ,并应在使用前及使用中定期检查隔距块 ,确保其正常使用。

By comparative analysis of the length variance of the apron nip of the aprons spinning under the different spacing block for different products and the spinning under the same spacing block for the same products,the spinning result is studied under the different spring pressure of the top apron cradles.The conclusion is made that it is wise to select small apron nip instead of big one acc.the spinning specifications,that the pressure of the spring of the top apron cradle should be reasonable,neither too big nor too small.It is suggested that the spacing block should be checked regularly before or in operation of the frame.
