脉动无级变速器滑动轴承磨损失效分析

摘要 分析了DBL型脉动无级变速器滑动轴承失效的原因。结果表明 ,引起滑动轴承过度磨损的主要原因是输入轴皮带轮的三角皮带长度设计不合理 ;另外 ,电动机调整槽和支承钢板的刚度不足 。 This article analyzes the failure reasons of sliding bearing on DBL Pulse-stepless Speed Change Device. The results show that the key reasons are that design of triangle belt on belt wheel is not correct which resulted the excess wear of sliding bearing. In addition,The rigidty of adjust runner and supporting plates under electromotor is lack. Low assembling quality for machine also accounted for the excess wear.
