作为一种控制着所有与产品有关数据的信息系统 ,PDM系统保证了企业内部及企业间各种资源、信息的共享 ,形成了改进企业产品开发及生产过程的一种基本组织形式。本文针对PDM系统如何实现的几个基本问题 。

As an information system which controls all the product-related data, PDM ensures the share of various intra- and inter-enterprise resource and information, forms a basic organization which ameliorates the product research & development process and manufacturing process of an enterprise. Focusing on several basic questions on how to realize PDM system, the author probes into the realization of PDM in a middle-scale enterprise.
