摘要
详细分析了铂电阻非线性校正的原理,通过图形分析及函数变换,推导出一套实用的计算公式。另对分段补偿的原理及试探逼近法也作了介绍。非线性校正精确度达到:单段校正为ε<±0.00073℃(0~100℃)或ε≤±0.006℃(0~200℃);四段校正为ε<±0.001℃(0~200℃)或ε<±0.0241℃(0~650℃)。
The non-linearity correction for Pt resistor is analyzed in detail. A series of practical caicula- tion formulas are derived by using graphic analysis and function transformation. In addi- tion, the principles of piecewise compensation and pregressive approximation are introduced. The accuracies of the non-linearity correc- tionobtained are: ε<+/-0.00073℃(0- 100℃)or ε<+/-0.006℃(0-200℃)under single-section correction and ε<+/-0.001℃ (0-200℃)or ε<+/-0.0241℃(0-650℃) under quad-section correction.
