摘要
人为失误是导致自动化系统灾难性事故的主要原因之一。本文从一些事件的历史数据出发,阐述了人为失误问题研究的重要性和迫切性,回顾了人为失误的发展历史,综述了近年来人的可靠性的分析方法和模型。
The man-made faults are one of the major reasons result in disastrous accidents of the automation systems. Based on the historical data derived from some events, the importance and urgency of studying the man-made faults are emphasized. Looking back to the developing history of the analysis on the man-made faults, the latest analysis method and model on human reliability are summariced.
