摘要
本研究通过选择广州地区有代表性的民办高校教师进行问卷调查,结果发现:民办高校教师总体工作满意度为中等水平(均值3.157),其中五大维度的满意程度从高到低依次是人际关系、工作本身、学校管理、工作环境和工作回报。提高民办高校教师满意度要做到提高工作回报;营造浓厚科研学术氛围;实施民主管理;提高行政人员服务意识;提供更多进修与深造的机会。
In this study by selecting the representative of guangzhou private colleges teachers questionnaire survey,the results showed that:private colleges teachers’overall job satisfaction for middle level(average 3.157),including the five dimensions of satisfaction from high to low in turn is the interpersonal relationship,work itself,the school management,working environment and rewards.Run by the local college teachers’satisfaction to improve work returns;Create a strong scientific research and academic atmosphere;Implement democratic management;Improve the administrative personnel service consciousness;To provide more education and further study opportunities.
