基于人性化管理的中职班级管理模式改进措施 被引量:3

摘要 在中职班级管理过程中,班主任不仅需要付出足够的精力和时间来对学生进行深入的了解,同时也必须要以学生为中心,充分考虑学生的感受,从而为学生们建立一套更为系统且完善的班级管理制度,让学生在有序的班级管理中学习和生活。而对于当代中职院校的班级管理状况而言,其中出现了很多亟待解决的问题。对此,本文对已经出现的班级管理问题进行了分析和阐述,并基于人性化管理,对中职学校班级管理的模式进行了调整和改进,以期能够在一定程度上帮助学生得到更好的班级服务。 In the course of class management in secondary vocational school, the class teacher not only needs to pay enough energy and time to understand the students deeply, but also must take the students as the center and take full consideration of the students’ feelings so as to set up a more systematic and perfect class management system for the students to make the students in an orderly class.
