大学生创业中的知识产权问题及风险防范

近年来,大学生创业中的知识产权问题日益突出,极大的制约了初创企业的健康发展。本文从专利、商标和版权三个方面分析了大学生创业过程中面临的知识产权问题,并针对性的提出了风险防范的建议。

In recent years, the problem of intellectual property rights in college students’ entrepreneurship has become increasingly prominent, which has greatly restricted the healthy development of start-ups.
