摘要
高校是人才培养的重要基地,后勤作为其不可分割的一部分,也承担着极为重要的教育功能,后勤"服务育人"是高校育人体系的重要组成部分,是教书育人的延伸。本文从"服务育人"的内涵和特征出发,深入阐述了后勤育人功能的主要方面,并对其落实途径进行了探索。
