高职院校辅导员自我效能感提升的策略研究

高职院校辅导员工作是健全学生品格及促进其综合发展的关键所在,辅导员自我效能感的提升对推动教育改革发展进度具有重要的现实意义。因此,本文主要阐述辅导员自我效能感的定义及其内涵,分析促进其自我效能感提升的相关因素,并结合当前教育背景提出相应的改善策略。

Counselor’s work in higher vocational colleges is the key to improving students ‘character and promoting their comprehensive development. The improvement of counselor’s sense of self-efficacy is of great practical significance to the progress of educational reform and development. Therefore, this article mainly expounds the definition and connotation of self-efficacy of counselors, analyzes the relevant factors that promote their self-efficacy, and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies based on the current educational background.
