初探ESP视角下幼专双语教育师资培养

摘要 目前,由于师资短缺、地域限制等因素,学前教育领域的英语教学主要由学前教育学科的教师承担,这类教师局限于学科背景,难以展开专业的幼儿英语教学设计。而对英语教师来说,非学前教育的专业性又成为其进行幼儿英语教学的障碍。根据幼儿园师资需求调查,紧缺的幼专英语师资是外语+幼教专业的跨学科人才。根据用人单位需求,我校英语教科室针对学生实际在大学英语课堂教学改革实践中运用了ESP理论知识作为指导,努力为培养"外语+专业"的复合型教师,从而真正承担起培养幼儿园英语师资的使命。 At present,due to the shortage of teachers,the geographical factors,such as the English teaching in the field of preschool education is mainly composed of preschool teachers bear the education subject,this class teacher limited administered background,it is difficult to design professional children’s English teaching.For English teachers,the professionalism of non-preschool education has become an obstacle to their English teaching.According to the survey on the demand of kindergarten teachers,the shortage of English teachers in primary schools is an interdisciplinary talent in foreign language+preschool education.Requirement according to unit of choose and employ persons,our school’s English teaching department for students in the college English classroom teaching reform practice practical use of ESP theory as a guide,strive to cultivate compound teachers'+professional foreign language',which really take on the mission of training English teachers of the kindergarten.
