微课与中职烹饪面点课堂教学的整合探究

在互联网飞速发展和教学改革持续深化的今天,微课这一新的形式逐渐在教学中得到广泛应用,其有效弥补了传统课堂教学呆板单调的不足,在帮助学生增强专业综合能力,为学生掌握专业技能、提升学生思维创新能力,开辟了新的路径。本文就微课与中职烹饪面点课堂教学整合的注意事项及路径进行探究,助力教师提高中职烹饪面点专业的人才培养质量。

With the rapid development of the Internet and the continuous deepening reform of teaching nowadays,Microlesson,as a new form,has been widely used in teaching.It overcomes the shortcoming of the traditional classroom-teaching effectively.Micro-lesson blazes a new way in helping students enhance the professional comprehensive ability,grasp professional skills and improve innovative thinking ability.This paper studies the issues and ways of combining the microlessons with the classroom teaching of pastry cooking in vocational schools,and helps teachers improve the quality of talent training of pastry cooking in vocational schools.
