试述高等职业教育“双师型”教师内涵

摘要 高等职业教育教学的现实来看,对双师型教师的理解不应该只局限于教师个体,还应该考虑群体性视角。要注重教师队伍的双师结构,加强专兼职"双师型"师资队伍建设。本文通过对相关文件和文献资料的搜集、研读,以对高等职业教育人才培养目标的解读为逻辑出发点,对"双师型"教师内涵进行了总结、提炼。这为有关"双师型"教师的研究,如"双师型"师资队伍建设、"双师型"教师专业发展等研究打下了坚实的研究基础。 In view of the reality of higher vocational education teaching, the understanding of dual-teacher teachers should not only be limited to individual teachers, but also consider the group perspective. We should pay attention to the dual division structure of the teaching staff and strengthen the construction of the 'dual division' teaching staff. This article through to the relevant documents and literature collection, to study, to the understanding of the higher vocational education talents training target as the logical starting point, the connotation of the 'double type' teachers are summarized and refined. This has laid a solid research foundation for the research on 'double-teacher' teachers, such as the construction of 'double-teacher' teachers and the professional development of 'double-teacher' teachers.
