心理电影对中高职学生积极心理品质的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本研究探讨了心理电影对中高职学生积极心理品质的影响。以内蒙古某医学院校12个班的365名中高职学生为被试,采用单因素被试间实验设计,实验组被试观看心理电影;对照组被试观看其他类型的影片。因变量是学生的积极心理品质,包括认知品质、个性品质、适应能力,包容性和人际信任。实验组观看心理电影,每周一次90分钟,为期二个月;对照组观看其他类型的电影。实验结果表明心理电影促进了大学生认知品质、个性品质、心理素质和包容性的发展。 This study explores the influence of psychological films on the positive psychological quality of vocational and middle school students. 365 middle and higher vocational students from 12 classes in a medical college in Inner Mongolia were selected as subjects. The control subjects watched other types of films. The dependent variable is the positive psychological quality of students, including cognitive quality, personality quality, adaptability, tolerance and interpersonal trust. The experimental group watched psychological movies once a week for 90 minutes for two months. The control group watched other types of movies. The experimental results show that psychological films promote the development of college students’ cognitive quality, personality quality, psychological quality and inclusiveness.
