基于项目教学法的高等教育《项目管理》课程教学改革研究

基于《项目管理》课程体系的四个过程组特点,提出以学期为周期的唯一项目贯穿课程始末的项目教学法。项目教学法的构思,以学期为周期,项目具备唯一性、独特性、目的性和依赖性。依据项目的生命周期设置状态门,对项目法教学的实施进行管理、风险控制和教学评价与考核。
