谈技工院校文秘专业就业质量评价体系的建构 被引量:1

摘要 从目前来看,技工院校学生就业情况存在专业不均衡的现象,文秘专业更是出现了招生人数减少和就业形势良好的矛盾局面。通过分析就业质量的内涵可以发现,构建技工院校文秘专业质量评价体系应该遵循科学易测性、主客观结合、突出文秘专业特色三个原则,确定文秘专业毕业生、技工院校、用人单位三个主体,构建由就业率、就业单位情况、工作质量、劳动关系、个人成长、毕业生的认可度六项指标。 From the present point of view,the employment situation of the students in technical colleges and universities has the phenomenon of professional unbalance,and the secretarial major has appeared the contradiction of the decrease of enrollment and the good employment situation.Through the analysis of the connotation of the quality of employment,it is found that the construction of the quality evaluation system of the secretarial specialty in technical colleges and universities should follow the three principles of scientific testability,the combination of subjective and objective views,and the specialty of the secretarial specialty,and to determine the three main bodies of the graduates of the secr.
