摘要
本文通过人文素质培养能更好的促进心理健康教育的论述,其直接目标是对个体各种具体的心理健康因素进行培养,广泛开展对各种心理疾病的防治,提高学生的心理健康水平;其根本目标是充分挖掘学生的心理潜能,培养其良好的心理素质,促进他们个性的健全发展,增强他们的社会适应能力。
This article through to better promote the humanistic quality education of psychological health education,its direct aim is to cultivate individual specific mental health factors,extensively for a variety of mental illness prevention,improve the students’psychological health level;Its fundamental goal is to fully tap students’psychological potential,cultivate their good psychological quality,promote their sound development of personality,and enhance their social adaptability.
