摘要
现代学徒制是一种将传统学徒制度与现代学校教育相结合的一种突出学校与企业双主体的合作式的职业教育制度。职业教育中开展现代学徒制的校企合作被公认为是人才培养的最佳途径。本文探讨了当前中职酒店专业实施现代学徒制的现状,分析了中职酒店专业深入开展现代学徒制校企合作亟需解决的问题,并提出了相应的对策。
The modern apprenticeship system is a kind of professional education system that combines the traditional apprenticeship system with the modern school education,which highlights the cooperation between schools and enterprises.The school-enterprise cooperation of modern apprenticeship system in vocational education is recognized as the best way to cultivate talents.This paper discusses the current secondary vocational hotel professional implementation of the present situation of the modern apprenticeship,analyzed the secondary vocational hotel professional engaged in modern apprenticeship university-enterprise cooperation need to solve the problem,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
