摘要
层次分析法被引入高职院校的教师绩效考核体系中,层次分析法是通过建立层级结构,对评选影响因素进行选定筛选,在经过精密的严谨的计算得出在各个指标的权重,据此对高职院校教师绩效进行考核,促进教师工作积极性。
The analytic hierarchy process(ahp) was introduced into higher vocational colleges of teacher performance appraisal system, the analytic hierarchy process(ahp) was established by hierarchical structure, influence factors are selected for selection screening, after precision of precise calculations in the weight of each index, based on teacher performance evaluation in higher vocational colleges, promoting teachers’ work enthusiasm.
