高职烹饪英语混合教学模式的构建与探究 被引量:2

摘要 混合教学模式是将课堂教学和网络教学相结合的一种新的教学模式,能够解决高职院校烹饪专业英语教学中学生基础薄弱,授课时间紧缺及教学资源缺乏等问题。在深入分析当前烹饪英语教学现状的基础上,结合迅猛发展的互联网技术,分别从课前环节、课上环节和评价方式三个角度提出了混合教学模式实施方案,旨在提升高职院校烹饪英语的教学效果。 The blended teaching is a new teaching mode that combines classroom teaching and online teaching.It can solve the problems such as students’ weak foundation, lack of teaching time and lack of teaching resources in Kitchen English teaching in higher vocational colleges.Based on an in-depth analysis of the current status of Kitchen English teaching, this paper, which aims to improve the teaching effect of Kitchen English in vocational colleges, proposes a blended teaching from three aspects of pre-course, class and evaluation methods, in combination with the rapid development of Internet technology.
