高职学生思政教育与职业素质培养贯通教学模式研究

摘要 随着时代的发展,教育教学模式的研究与改进变得越来越重要。我国有一批学生是直接进入到职业学校,接受专业的技术培训,而当前高职院校对学生思想政治教育和职业素质的培养还不够重视。因此,需要结合优秀的教学模式实例对高职学生思政教育与职业素质培养教学模式进行分析和研究,并以高职类学校学生为出发点,提出适合高职学生的思政教育与职业素质培养贯通教学模式,以便有效提高学生的职业素养和思想意识,让他们成为当前社会所需要的高素质职业型人才。 With the development of the times, the research and improvement of educational teaching model has become more and more important.There are a group of students in our country who go directly to vocational schools and receive professional technical training. However, the current higher vocational colleges do not pay enough attention to students ‘ideological and political education and professional quality training. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and study the teaching mode of ideological education and vocational quality training in higher vocational students in combination with the example of excellent teaching model, and take the students of higher vocational schools as the starting point, and put forward the integrated teaching mode of ideological education and vocational quality training suitable for higher vocational students. In order to effectively improve students ‘professionalism and ideological awareness, so that they become the current society needs of high-quality professional talents.
