浅析高职院校保险专业建设

随着保险业的不断快速发展,人才的需求日益扩大,于是对高职院校保险专业的实践教学环节提出了更高的要求。然而,目前我国高职院校保险专业实践教学在专业建设方面仍不完善。本文以高职院校保险专业的就业现状作为切入点,从企业需求角度出发分析高职院校保险专业建设存在的一些问题,给出高职院校保险专业建设的一些思考。

With the rapid development of the insurance industry and the increasing demand for talents,higher vocational colleges have put forward higher requirements for the practice teaching of insurance specialty.But,the practice teaching of insurance specialty in higher vocational colleges is still not perfect in specialty construction at present. This paper, taking the employment status of insurance major as a breakthrough point, analyzes some problems in the construction of insurance specialty in higher vocational colleges from the point of view of enterprise demand, and gives some thoughts on the construction of insurance major.
