摘要
针对校企合作人才培养过程中,企业培养阶段实习学生离职倾向问题,开展了思想教育的实效性研究。归纳了学生离职倾向的主要原因以及产生这类倾向的思想根源,提出了解决相关问题的可行性办法。多年的教学实践和第三方统计数据论证了所提方法的有效性。
In the process of school-enterprise cooperation personnel training, the internship student dimission tendency in the enterprise training stage was studied. This paper summarizes the main reasons of students’ dimission tendency and the ideological root of such tendency, and puts forward some feasible methods to solve related problems. Years of teaching practice and third-party statistical data demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
