创新型外语人才培养目标下的外语教学模式改革分析

随着社会对人才的要求越来越高,校只有创新外语教学模式,才能起到提升学生实际英文水平的目的。笔者在对创新型外语人才的内涵和概念进行阐述的基础上,分析了目前阶段,我国高校的外语人才的培养状况以及存在的问题,最后,就如何优化高校的英语教学模式工作提出几点建议和对策,以期为高校的创新型英语人才的培养工作提供借鉴。

As the society demands more and more talents,only by innovating foreign language teaching mode can the school improve students’actual English level.The author on the connotation of innovative foreign language talents and elaborates the concept,on the basis of analysis of the current stage,our country college foreign language talents cultivation situation and existing problems,and finally,how to optimize the mode of college English teaching are proposed several Suggestions and countermeasures,so as to creative English talents training work of colleges and universities.
