国内外高职院校文化素质和工匠精神培养的理论研究

高等职业教育是现代教育重要组成部分,是推动社会稳定和经济增长的重要支柱。随着职业教育不断地深入发展,人文素质教育和工匠精神培育也越来越受到重视。本文从国内外高职院校文化素质教育和工匠精神培养的理论研究着手,针我国高等职业教育存在的问题,借鉴国外职业教育的经验进行思考,得出相应结论。

Higher vocational education is an important part of modern education and an important pillar to promote social stability and economic growth.With the continuous development of Vocational education,humanistic quality education and craftsmanship cultivation have been paid more and more attention.Starting from the theoretical study of cultural quality education and craftsman spirit cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges at home and abroad,this paper points out the problems existing in Higher Vocational Education in China,and draws some corresponding conclusions from the experience of Foreign Vocational education.
