成人教育教师的心理危机及解决策略

时代在变化,我国的教育在发展,我们的成人教育手段也在进步,现如今的成人教育不光光是长久以来一直采用的集中面授方式,随着计算机、智能手机的普遍运用,"混合式"教学孕育而出,只要有网络成人学生就可以使用计算机、智能手机随时随地的进行学习,另外随着全日制本专科的录取率逐年提升,成人教育生源的学习素质普遍偏低,这些都给我们的教师带来了一系列的心理危机,本文将从成人教育教师现面临的心理危机出发,提出相应的个人认为的解决策略。

The times are changing,China’s education is developing,and our adult education means are also improving.Today’s adult education is not only a centralized face-to-face teaching method which has been used for a long time.With the widespread use of computers and smart phones,'hybrid'teaching is bred,as long as there are network adult students.We can use computers and smart phones to study anytime and anywhere.In addition,with the enrollment rate of full-time undergraduate college increasing year by year,the quality of adult education students is generally low.All these have brought a series of psychological crises to our teachers.This article will start from the psychological crisis that adult education teachers are facing.Put forward the corresponding personal resolution strategy.
