多元价值观背景下高职学生党建和思政工作现状和应对策略

随着经济全球化,文化多元化的发展以及我国改革开放和社会转型的逐渐升级,高职院校学生的价值和道德观念面临着前所未有的冲突和张力,促使高职学生的生活方式、价值观念、精神状态、人生规划等都发生了巨大变化,让高职学生党建和思政工作涌现出了众多新的问题。本文针对目前高职院校高职学生党建和思政工作现状和所存在的问题,探索高职学生多元价值观模式下党建和思政工作的创新策略。

With the globalization of economy,the development of cultural pluralism and the gradual upgrading of China’s reform and opening up and social transformation,the values and moral values of students in higher vocational colleges are facing unprecedented conflicts and tensions,promoting the lifestyle and values of vocational students.Great changes have taken place in the mental state and life planning,and many new problems have emerged in the party building and ideological and political work of higher vocational students.In this paper,aiming at the current situation and existing problems of the party building and ideological and political work of higher vocational college students,this paper explores the innovative strategies of party building and ideological and political work under the multi-value mode of higher vocational students.
