加强通识教育研究推进高职院校创新人才培养

当前是知识多元、价值多元的时代,在这种时代背景中越来越多的人在既定的专业领域中发展,而全面发展的人正在不断减少。高职院校以培养具有管理、生产、服务的一线人才为主要办学目的,但在当前这种时代背景下,创新型人才的培养也应该成为高职院校发展的根本目标,创新型人才的培养离不开人才的全面发展。因此就人才培养教育手段而言,加强通识教育在高职院校中的研究十分重要。本文以当前高职院校中运用通识教育的现状入手,探讨利用通识教育推进高职院校创新型人才培养的方案。

It is an era of knowledge diversity and value diversity. In this era, more and more people are developing in the established professional field, while the overall development of people is decreasing. The main purpose of higher vocational colleges is to train first-line talents with management, production and service. However, under the background of the present era, the cultivation of innovative talents should also become the basic goal of the development of higher vocational colleges. The cultivation of innovative talents can not be separated from the all-round development of talents. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the research of general education in higher vocational colleges. This article starts with the current situation of general education in higher vocational colleges. This paper discusses the scheme of using general education to promote the cultivation of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges.
