产品经理关键能力评价模型研究 被引量:2

摘要 产品经理是企业中至关重要的岗位角色,是职业经理人中的精英之一。长期以来,产品经理都是企业自身通过执行项目来培养,培养周期较长,培养成本高,评价、考核、选拔难度大。本文运用层次分析法,通过数理分析对产品经理的特质进行归纳提炼,用模型检验得出产品运营能力、产品开发与挖掘能力、项目管理能力、协调沟通能力、基本能力等各个维度在其职业能力中的权重,构建了产品经理关键能力模型。该模型为企业培养和评价产品经理提供方法依据,同时也为学校培养产品经理人才提供理论参考。 Product manager is a key role in an enterprise and one of the elite of professional managers. For a long time, product managers have been trained by their own projects, with a long training cycle, high cost of training, and great difficulty in evaluation, assessment and selection. By using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP), this paper summarizes the characteristics of product manager by mathematical analysis, and uses the model to test the weight of product operation ability, product development and mining ability, project management ability, coordination and communication ability, basic ability and so on, and builds a key competency model for the product manager. This model provides a method basis for enterprise training and evaluation of product managers, and also provides a theoretical reference for the training of product managers in schools.
