高职院校教师校本培训创新行动研究与实践 被引量:1

摘要 师资培养3.0工程是丽水职业技术学院以更开阔的视野和更大胆的思路创新实施的教师校本培训模式,从培训目标设定、培训对象优选、培训内容创新、培训管理机制优化等方面付诸实践探索,通过对56位教师三年的跟踪调查发现,学员们在职称职务、教学技能、创新意识、课堂教学和育人质量等方面提升明显。师资培养3.0工程推动了校本师资培训创新升级,补齐了师资队伍建设短板,建成了一支适应现代高职教育要求、支撑学校可持续发展的骨干教师队伍,为浙江省优质高职院校建设夯实了基础,同时为其他高职院校师资培训提供了有益的参考。 The Teacher Training 3.0 project is a teacher-based school-based training model that Lishui Vocational and Technical College has innovated and implemented with a broader vision and bolder ideas. It is paid from the aspects of training goal setting, training object optimization, training content innovation, and training management mechanism optimization. Through practical exploration, through the three-year follow-up survey of 56 teachers, the students have improved significantly in terms of job title, teaching skills, innovation awareness, classroom teaching and quality of education. The Teacher Training 3.0 project promoted the innovation and upgrading of school-based teacher training, supplemented the short-board of the teaching staff, built a backbone teacher team that meets the requirements of modern higher vocational education and supports the sustainable development of the school, and is a high-quality vocational college in Zhejiang Province. The construction has laid a solid foundation and provided a useful reference for the training of teachers in other higher vocational colleges.
