高校大学生资助服务向三维一体模式转变

随着素质教育的全面推进,国家对于教育平等化的关注与高校收费制度的改善,高校贫困学生的人数也逐步增加,贫困学生的多元化资助也是社会各界关注的重点话题。通过完善贫困学生资助体系建设,有助于推动高等教育可持续发展,促使社会和谐运行。高校应当根据国家政策,实行多元化高校贫困生资助体系,能够基本满足高校贫困生的生活与求学需求。本文在此背景下,简要分析高校大学生资助服务向三维一体模式转变的具体方式,并提出具体的扭转策略,希冀运用多元化的资金渠道,创建多元资助模式,加强经济资助与能力资助、心理自助的有效结合,进行人性化管理,切实提高高校学生资助服务质量。

With the overall promotion of quality education, the state pays attention to the equalization of education and the improvement of the charging system in colleges and universities, and the number of poor students in colleges and universities is gradually increasing, and the diversification of financial aid for poor students is also a key topic of social concern. It is helpful to promote the sustainable development of higher education and promote the harmonious operation of society by improving the construction of the financial aid system for poor students. According to the national policy, colleges and universities should carry out a pluralistic financial aid system for poor college students, which can basically meet the needs of the poor students in colleges and universities. In this context, this paper briefly analyzes the specific ways of the transformation of university student support service to a three-dimensional integrated model, and puts forward specific strategies to reverse it, hoping to use diversified funding channels to create a diversified funding model.
