高职院校科研项目精细化管理路径探析

随着高职院校科研水平的不断提升,近年来高职院校的各项科研项目立项数不断增加,立项的内容不断丰富,为更好更快的推动高职院校科研事业的发展,与时俱进地提高科研管理水平和效率,探讨科研项目精细化管理路径势在必行。目前高职院校科研项目管理存在管理体制不完善、管理流程不完整、管理队伍不专业和信息网络不健全等诸多问题,针对这样的现状本文从构建二级科研管理体制、健全科研项目管理流程、提高科研队伍业务水平、构建个性化信息管理平台等方面探讨了高职院校科研项目精细化管理的新路径。

With the improvement of scientific research level of higher vocational colleges,the number of scientific research project increases gradually and the content of the project has been enriched obviously.In the current situation,it is essential to probe into the fine management path of scientific research projects to improve its service quality and service efficiency.At present,there are many problems in the management of scientific research projects in higher vocational colleges,such as imperfect management system,incomplete management process,unprofessional management team and imperfect information network,etc.In response to these problems,the new ways of fine management of higher vocational colleges scientific research project are proposed focusing on constructing a second-level scientific research management system,perfecting the process of scientific research project management,improving the professional level of the scientific research team and constructing individualized information management platform in this paper.
