中高职衔接“3+2”人才培养模式研究与实践 被引量:5

摘要 "3+2"人才培养模式是中高职教育的一种衔接模式,通过促使中职院校和高职院校的教育结构重组和教育资源整合,以有效优化我国职业教育办学体系,本文以舟山旅游健康学院"3+2"专业为典型案例,在研究与实践的过程中总结出中高职衔接"3+2"人才培养模式实施。为我国宏观经济转型和产业升级提供高技能复合型人才支持,为我国从人力资源强国转变做出积极贡献。 The'3+2’talent training mode is a kind of connection mode between middle and higher vocational education.By promoting the restructuring of educational structure and the integration of educational resources in secondary vocational colleges and higher vocational colleges,to effectively optimize the system of running vocational education in our country,this article The'3+2'major of Zhoushan Tourism and Health College is a typical case.In the process of research and practice,the implementation of the'3+2'talent training mode in middle and high vocational education is summarized.It provides highskilled compound type for China’s macroeconomic transformation and industrial upgrading.Talent support has made positive contributions to China’s transformation from a strong country of human resources.
