摘要
缺乏高质量"双创"师资是制约高校创新创业("双创")教育发展的主要因素。本文以南洋学院教师为例,根据实施"双创"教育过程中出现的政策、理念、培育机制欠缺等三个方面问题,从七个方面提出针对性的解决措施,最终形成南洋学院自己"双创"导师培养机制。
The lack of high-quality'twin innovation'teachers is the main factor restricting the development of education in universities.Taking teachers of nanyang college as an example,this paper proposes targeted solutions from seven aspects according to the three problems in the implementation of education,such as the lack of policies,ideas and cultivation mechanism,and finally forms the training mechanism of nanyang college’s own'double creation'tutors.
