传统茶艺文化在高星级饭店运营与管理专业教学中的应用初探

随着教育体制的改革,中职教育的内容越来越丰富,教育体系也越来越完善。中职教育与传统文化进行衔接,也成为了教育者关注的重点。在中职院校中,高星级饭店运营与管理专业教学改革也在不断深化中,与传统茶艺文化结合,对于提高管理者的思想道德品质和文化气质,都有着重要作用。本文就茶艺课程在中职高星级饭店运营与管理教学中的作用进行分析,提出了一些应用措施。

Withith the reform of education system,education content in secondary vocational schools is more and more abundant,and education system is more and more perfect.The connection between secondary education and traditional culture has also become the focus of educators.In secondary vocational schools,the teaching reform of the operation and management of high-star hotels is also deepening,and the combination with the traditional tea culture plays an important role in improving the ideological and moral quality and cultural temperament of the managers.This paper analyzes the function of tea art course in the operation and management teaching of middle and high star-level hotels and puts forward some application measures.
