摘要
浙中的体育人才尤其是专项人才还难以满足本区域体育事业发展的需要,人才匮乏的矛盾日益显现,如何有效形成体育人才的集聚效应,成为考验有关机构和人员的重要标志。本文从不同角度分析本区域人才集聚机制形成的有效途径,希望能对于本区域的人才集聚产生一定的指导意义。
Sports talents,especially special talents,are still difficult to meet the needs of the development of sports undertakings in this region.The contradiction of talent shortage is becoming increasingly apparent.This paper analyzes the effective ways to form regional talent gathering mechanism from different angles,hoping to have a certain guiding significance for talent gathering in this region.
