摘要
在我国交通事业不断发展和进步的今天,城际铁路的建设规模逐步增大,铁路线路的开发和建设频率也不断加快,高铁已经逐步成为了人们城际旅游出行时常选的一类交通工具。随着应用频率的提升,此交通工具乘务人员的服务质量提升也成为了一项必然要求,本文从全方位服务的角度探讨高铁服务人员的英语实践教学如何开展。
With the continuous development and progress of China’s transportation industry,the construction scale of intercity railway is gradually increasing,and the development and construction frequency of railway lines are also accelerating.High-speed railway has gradually become a popular means of transportation for inter-city travel.With the increase of application frequency,it is necessary to improve the service quality of the crew.This paper discusses how to carry out the English practical teaching of the high-speed rail service staff from the perspective of omni-directional service.
