现代学徒制内部运行保障机制实施障碍

随着越来越多的高等职业院校探索和实践现代学徒制,我国高等职业教育制度的现代学徒制改革开始暴露出一系列的实施问题,遇到了包括规划、执行及考核层面的障碍。本文通过研究职业院校在学徒制保障过程中遇到的障碍,希望帮助实施现代学徒制的职业院校提供运营过程的管理思路,避免导致内部运营问题。

With more and more higher vocational colleges exploring and practicing the modern apprenticeship system,the r eform of the modern apprenticeship system of higher vocational education system in China has begun to expose a series of imp lementation problems,encountered obstacles including planning,implementation and evaluation.By studying the obstacles tha t vocational colleges encounter in the guarantee process of apprenticeship,this paper hopes to help vocational colleges implem ent modern apprenticeship provide management ideas for the operation process,so as to avoid internal operation problems.
