高校健美操教学中美学渗透的相关探讨

在教育体制的不断改革和完善下,学生的综合素质和审美水平逐渐受到了人们的广泛重视,而健美操作为一项基本的运动项目不但能锻炼学生的身体素质,还能根据渗透在健美操中的美学有效提高学生的审美能力。
