摘要
本文通过对我国高校健美操教学的现状进行分析,总结出新时期的优化路径,旨在提升健美操教学质量,为我国培养出精神面貌焕然一新的运动人才。
This paper analyzes the status quo of calisthenics teaching in colleges and universities, summed up the new era of optimized path, aimed at improving the quality of aerobics teaching, to cultivate spirit in our country a new sports talents.
