摘要
民办高校实现精细化教学管理体系对学校的持续健康发展具有重要的现实意义。笔者根据自身工作经验,从民办高校精细化教学管理内涵及其优势入手,探讨了民办高校精细化教学管理体系的建设途径。
It is of great realistic significance to realize the intensive teaching management system in private colleges and universities. Based on my own work experience, this paper discusses the construction approach of the intensive teaching management system of private colleges and universities based on the connotation and advantages of intensive teaching management in private colleges and universities.
