摘要
结合辅导员岗位,对大学生群体按照综合素质的不同进行分类,探索与分析了大学生思想品德和个人素质的培养模式,并提出合理的实践方案。
Combining the counselor jobs, the students groups according to different classification of comprehensive qualities, exploration and analysis of the college students’ ideology and moral character and personal qualities of training mode, and put forward the reasonable practical scheme.
