谈汉语言文学在提高语文教师素质中的作用

随着新课程改革的推进和素质教育的推广,对学生学习能力的培养和自身素养的提高成为当前教育面临的首要要求。对学生素质起到重要作用,甚至关键性作用的就是教师的素质。教师的素质不仅关乎课堂教学的效率与质量,更潜移默化地影响着学生素质和人格培养。但就目前国内已有的比较权威的调查研究表明,各个阶段的语文教师的素质水平普遍不高已成为不争的事实,这对教学效果和学生发展都会产生很大程度的制约。随着教育理念研究和教学实践的推进,有许多方法被认为对提高语文教师素养是行之有效的。因此,主要就汉语言文学对于提高语文教师素质的帮助进行分析,并就语文教师如何通过汉语言文学的学习提高自身知识素养和人格素养提出建议,希望对语文教育工作者有所帮助。
