摘要
近些年,为了加强我国青少年的身体素质、培养青少年的体育意识,高校开始对教学模式进行改革,将健康教育与终身体育作为主线。越来越多的高校积极开展课外体育活动、训练以及竞赛项目,让越来越多的学生参与到体育运动中,营造出高校体育的文化氛围。
