社区教育工作者科研队伍建设策略研究

社区教育工作者科研能力的培养以及科研队伍的建设,是社区教育能否在未来社会中发挥更大作用的关键所在。本文通过调查研究,发现了社区教育工作者科研能力培养和科研队伍建设过程中的诸多问题,剖析其成因并结合实际提出了相关建设性策略。

The development of the research capacity of education workers in the community and the construction of scientific research teams are the key to the role of education in the community in the future. In this paper, through investigation and study, found that the community education workers in the process of scientific research ability and the scientific research team construction problems, analyze the causes and put forward some constructive strategies.
