电大向开放大学转型升级,使电大得以飞跃发展。社区教育课程在开发建设与发展过程中遇到很多挑战,为开放大学依据自身的发展优势来解决社区教育中的问题提供了机遇,并在此过程中寻求自身的发展与完善。
