浙江省公办高职院校章程建设对策研究

本文以浙江省高职院校章程建设为例,认为应从完善章程文本、体现办学特色,广泛过程参与、规范制修订程序,提高思想认识、加强学习宣传,加强课题研究、丰富章程建设理论,完善内部治理体系、清理规章制度和加强检查力度、完善监督检查机制等方面入手,加强高职院校章程建设,提高章程实施效果。

In this paper, according to the construction of the articles of association of the higher vocational colleges of zhejiang province as an example, think that we should perfect the constitution text, manifest the characteristics, widely participation, specification, application and revising process, improve the ideological understanding, strengthen publicity, strengthening the construction of subject research, the articles of association of the rich theory, improve the internal governance system, clear rules and regulations and strengthening inspections, perfecting the supervision and inspection mechanism and other aspects, to strengthen the construction of the articles of association of the vocational colleges, improve the effect of constitution implementation.
